LSA Student Government seeks to improve and enhance the undergraduate experience for the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.

Everyone is welcome to participate in this LSA-SG event. It will be an overnight stay at a secret location, and lots of fun is guaranteed to be had at all. We will be leaving sometime after the Eastern Michigan football game, so no worries football fans! Attendance is required for all government members (associate reps, committee chairs, reps, and execs) and encouraged for committee members who would like to get more involved with government and get to know more people. BAC will be occurring on September 29th beginning at 12:30PM in the SORC Conference Room. Per the Bylaws, only appointed/elected representatives, and committee members appointed specifically to BAC may attend.

Buses will be transporting people to and from the river to participate in this day long event. Dragon Boat Racing, food, and music will definitely provide a good year. Come down to the river and help celebrate the new theme year!

Appointments Hash will take place at 7PM on Tuesday October 2nd in the LSA-SG Office. Per the Bylaws, only elected or appointed representatives may be present.

We will be meeting in MSA Chambers on October 3rd with Sue Eklund (Dean of Students) as our Guest Speaker. The meeting will begin at 7:30PM.

We will be meeting in the Hussey Room of the Michigan League on Wednesday September 26th, 2007 at 7:30PM.

The first LSA-SG meeting of the year will take place a week from today on September 5th in the MSA Chambers (located on the 3rd floor of the Union). The meeting shouldn’t be too long since it is the beginning of the year so feel free to drop by to meet your representatives and see how our meetings are run.
